About the Authors
Aryan is an advocate practising before the District Court, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. He holds a BA LL.B. from St. Soldier Law College, Jalandhar, affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Lovely Professional University, Phagwara. His interests include criminal law, legal research and the relationship between law and society.
Dr. Ankit Paul Kaur is an Assistant Professor of Law with teaching and research experience. Her academic interests include Gender Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, International Criminal Law, Technology Law and Corporate Law. She holds a graduation degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a Ph.D. in Law from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
